A new project, High Intensity heavy ion Accelerator Facility (HIAF), is currently being under design and construction in China. HIAF will provide beams of stable and unstable heavy ions with high energies, high intensities and high quality. Capturing the Opportunity in Developing Intelligent Elderly Care Robots in China CPCI-S

Abstract :

With the rapid aging, China will face with serious situation because of increasing aged and decreasing working-age population, especially when elderly are disabled and need to be nursed while the family structure and population structure has changed greatly. The advent of Industries 4.0 brings new opportunity to address this issue. Intelligent manufacturing and the development of intelligent elderly care robots could replace manual labor to take care of numerous disabled elderly and free labors. China should seize this opportunity. Meanwhile in this industrial revolution, both opportunities and challenges exist. Challenge in developing intelligent elderly care robots because of technical problems which are hard to be overcome, industrial criteria unformed, imperfection mechanism of "R & D" will affect the development of intelligent service robots in China. Fortunately, certain industrial base and the transformation and upgrading economic situation will greatly promote the birth of intelligent manufacturing. Moreover, a growing number of aged population herald that a huge market urgently in need of products. It is suggested that facing to three kinds of market, paying attention to three kind of population, developing three kinds of products and selling in renting or purchasing two modes should be given to those who are willing to involve in the development of intelligent elderly care robots.

Abstract :

Crystal size of lithium disilicate (LD) phase in a LD glass-ceramic was changed by thermally controlled crystallization of a precursory LD glass at different temperatures. Effects of the crystal size on the mechanical properties of the glass-ceramic were investigated. It was found that the flexural strength presented a hump-like variation trend with increasing the crystal size, the hardness monotonously decreased at the same time. It was further confirmed that micro residual compressive stresses existed inside the LD crystals due to the thermal expansion mismatch between the glass matrix and the crystalline phase. The levels of the residual stresses increased with increasing the crystal size. The crystal size performed dual effects on the flexural strength of the glass-ceramic: an "interlocking effect" caused by larger-sized LD crystals and a "micro residual stress effect" related to the balancing tensile stresses in the glass matrix. Higher residual tensile stresses in the glass matrix induced by larger-sized LD crystals would counteract the "interlocking effect" of the crystals, causing the strength degradation. The hardness of the glass-ceramic was mainly controlled by the "micro residual stress effect". (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

农村居民共享发展与改革成果是“新农保”制度自信的源泉。调查发现,基础养老金待遇偏低且缺乏正常增长机制是“城乡居保”当前面临的主要问题。建立城乡居保基础养老金正常调整机制,实行城乡居保个人账户基金的省级管理,通过立法建设具有强制保险性质的社会养老保险制度等措施,是“城乡居保”走出困境的必要环节;构建体现共享理念的多支柱养老金体系,是具有中国特色社会主义养老保险制度发展的方向。

基于我国失能老人生存状况分析的老照护体系框架研究

Abstract :

针对中国失能老人的养老服务问题,对三省(直辖市)九市(区)共4 582户城乡居民家庭、60个社区(村)、38个养老机构进行了调查;根据调查测算,2015-2020年,中国失能老人数量将从2 444.42万人增加到3 848.54万人,平均每年递增9.50%;其中重度失能老人从599.33万人增加到969.44万人,平均每年递增10.10%;期间,以货币为计量单位的失能老人对机构养老服务的需求规模从27.29-59.36亿元增加到44.46-96.70亿元;居家养老服务需求规模从223.21-485.23亿元增长到363.46-790.46亿元;指出中国失能老人生存与照护面临护理人员供给短缺、子女照料缺失、老伴照料艰辛、社区养老服务形式化、养老机构服务欠温存等方面的问题;提出了构建有中国特色失能老人照护体系,确保失能老人的生存质量、生命尊严以及养老照护的诉求等建议.

Abstract :

A biocompatible bulk metallic glass composite (BMGC) alloy with a nominal composition of Ti56Zr6Cu19.8Pd8.4Sn1.8Nb8 was designed to obtain microstructure consisting of beta-Ti dendrites and glassy matrix. It was found that Nb-rich beta-Ti dendrites were the primary phase in the alloy, and extra discontinuous island-like Ti2Cu phase was also produced in the glassy matrix. The BMGC alloy presented higher yield strength, remarkably increased plasticity and pronounced work-hardening characteristic. Furthermore, excellent sliding wear resistance was exhibited by the alloy due to the work-hardening capability and the contribution of the Ti2Cu intermetallic phase. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. 政府与市场:理论演进、美国改进、中国改革

Abstract :

如何界定市场与政府的关系一直是经济学说史上争论不休的核心话题,也是20世纪30年代以来很多国家经济发展过程难以回避的重大问题。通过对政府与市场关系的理论演进与理论体系的梳理,分析了20世纪30年代中期开始的美国调节政府与市场关系的改进历程;研究了20世纪70年代末期开始的中国社会主义市场经济体制建设中政府与市场关系的改革进程;阐释了作者对政府与市场关系的观点。认为,市场经济发展的普遍规律在不同国家的不同发展阶段必然表现出各自的特殊性。合适的就是最好的,检验一国政府与市场的关系是否合适的标准是,综合国力是否不断提高,人民生活是否不断改善,经济、政治、社会、文化、生态是否可持续发展。

基于同素异形体结构原理的中国公司治理结构分析

基于自然界同素异形体物质结构原理,同一化学元素由于所处环境不同,原子及由原子构成的子系统的排列方式也不同,形成不同形态的单质物体;互为同素异形体的不同形态单质物体具有不同的结构;互为同素异形体的不同结构单质物体具有不同的功能;通过施加一定的外在条件,同素异形体单质物体之间可以互相转化。运用类比分析方法分析不同类型公司的治理结构和功能,人所处环境不同,人的个体及由人的个体组成的子系统之间组合方式也不同,形成不同类型的社会组织;由人的个体之间不同组合方式形成的不同类型的社会组织具有不同的组织结构;不同组织结构的社会组织具有不同的运行机制;通过施加一定的外在条件,不同类型的社会组织之间可以互相转化;进而从四个方面总结了同素异形体结构原理对完善公司治理结构的启迪。
